Why I Write: A Mind Trained for Contradictions
I write because I can’t not write.

Writing is my voice to the world.
The world speaks in contradictions—policies that promise justice but create harm, systems that reward innovation while stifling progress, leaders who say one thing and do another. These moments hit me hard. I don’t just notice them; I feel them. Deeply. Viscerally. Something inside me stirs when the pieces don’t fit, when the truth is bent to serve power or when logic is sacrificed for convenience.
I write because I hunger to understand—not just what is happening, but why. I want to know how ideas fit together, when they don’t, and what we can do about it. I want to explore how real people—especially those pushed to the margins—are affected by the cracks in our stories, our systems, our society.

This is not an academic exercise. It’s personal.
I’ve lived through contradiction. I’ve worked, struggled, failed, rebuilt, and studied the systems that shape our lives. And now, as I pursue a Master of Public Administration, I bring that lived experience with me. Not as baggage, but as ballast. As weight. As purpose.
I’m not here to flatter or condemn. I’m here to ask better questions, call out inconsistencies, and try—word by word—to build something honest.
That’s why I write.
And if any of that speaks to you, I hope you’ll stay awhile.
