Run Really Fast at 65

Ok. “Really Fast” may be a bit of an exaggeration, but I feel like I am running better if not much faster. My plan with this category is to share screenshots of my run data lifted from my Apple Watch. Posting my results in a public forum will keep me motivated and maybe motivate you! Additionally, I will share my thoughts about running and along the way inject some of my running history that generate a little friendly competition; who knows?

This seems a nice one to start with. Right now 4 miles is a “long-run” for me and Tuesday I was feeling a little energetic so I went for it. The weather is starting cool some here in the Phoenix area and I hope that will lead to faster splits.

Stay tuned for the next run!!

Peace!

I am a sixty-year-old wild eyed wanderer who has spent his entire life searching for that “one thing” as his life’s work only to realize that maybe there is no “one thing”. I have been a beer salesman, a high school math teacher, an insurance adjuster, a government service worker, and a grocery store clerk.

I have lived on both coasts and traveled frequently between the two and I am anxious to not only share my experiences with you, but to hear all about your experiences. Together we will make each other better!
