My Goodness, Please Read This. This is Very, Very Important Stuff!
I added this more relevant category. OMG!, I like everyone have had some real-life stuff and I think this category will be a terrific forum to share, vent, and help each other. Sharing events in our lives and sharing the ways we worked through the rough patches will benefit all. It’s our greatest gift we have to offer someone, help.
Why Read This?
Why indeed? You don’t know me, so why read these posts? This is the category where I feel I have the most to share. Also, truth be told, this is a hot blog topic across the internet and in the end drawing readers is the goal, right? But let me say, writing blog articles is very cathartic no matter whether they are read or not. So, the writing itself is very therapeutic, and I would recommend to anyone to start a blog and/or a personal journal. A blog is like a journal just posted on the internet for all to read and my hope is one person will take one idea and apply that one idea to their one life.
What’s In It For You?
This category will be all about real life everyday living situations that I have experienced personally, firsthand. I will talk about relationships, divorce, break ups, suicidal thoughts, bankruptcies, ex-wives, kids, step kids, my parents, friends, grocery shopping, and how to manage money. This list is by no means exhaustive as life presents many challenges and every day is different.
Now Back to Me
At the risk of losing you or feeling like you are rolling your eyes as you read the next line, I do read all kinds of self-help books simply to help me understand who I am and to help me understand how I interact with the world. I am a quiet, introverted, highly sensitive guy. It has taken 50 years to come to realize this, but now that I know I can start to understand why I responded to life in the ways I have; simply put, it was because I am wired this way and today I make no apology for the decisions I have made. Whenever I tried to be someone I was not, I ran into trouble and frustration. I no longer fight who I am; I am totally at peace with who I am. I work to my strengths and work to improve my weaknesses.
I do look forward to sharing with you and as always, I hope you share your thoughts with me. Such relief comes from the simple act of expressing yourself “out loud”.
Be well friends.
